Comment from author: In all fairness, this was one of the episodes I've been wanting to do from the beginning, but I could never think of the ideal way Kent Beetum would have died (let's face it, 'Mr. Perfect' is a kind of urban superhero, so no ordinary death would do). And with the approaching deadline, I had a telephone talk about this with Probeersel colleague Sionnain Comeaux. We came up with three scenarios: The first was that Kent would have died from a cobra bite while saving animals from a burning shelter, the third was that he would have received the key to a city and then lightning struck him, and the second one (which just popped into my head) was this one, with the 9/11 terrorist attack.
I had chance decide on which scenario to use and this one 'won'. It tickled my fancy the most anyway because I'm bound to receive hatemail for this one.
